Romulo Fróes (São Paulo, 1971) is a Brazilian singer and songwriter. In 2004 he released his first solo album: Calado (Bizarre Records), very influenced by Nelson Cavaquinho, is considered by music critics, one of the saddest albums in the recent history of Brazilian music. In 2005 he was invited by Sesc Pompéia to be part of the project “Disco de Ouro”, in the edition dedicated to the classic album of the group Novos Baianos: Acabou Chorare.
