Born on November 28, 1969, he launched his acting career after he went through open auditions in 1995 for a major network, appearing in many popular roles in musical theater, film and television dramas thereafter. He is best known for his roles in the Hong Sang Soo films “Hahaha” (2010), “The Day He Arrives” (2011) and “In Another Country” (2012), as well as his roles in the popular television dramas “My Husband Got a Family” (2012) and “Heard It Through the Grapevine” (2015) and “Pied Piper” (2016). In 2013, Yoo Joon Sang released his first album, in which he wrote and produced all seven songs. Yoo Joon Sang married actress Hong Eun Hee in 2003, and they have two sons. In 2012, Yoo Joon Sang also published his memoir titled “The Invention of Happiness.”
