Marco Pigossi personality type is ENFP, if you don't believe me check his actual personality type. I can respect that people think ESFP is the best personality type, but I think it's total bullsh*t. ESFPs can be totally self-centered and even narcissists at times, and they will always put themselves first. Now if you want to be known as a loyal friend and a loving, kind person then I guess ESFP is a great type. But the reason why ESFPs are "so over-rated" is because they are over-rated. They are not the best personality type, they are not the hardest working type, they are not the smartest type, they are not the most creative type. Those things are all subjective and depend on what you value in life. ENFPs are the best type to be friends with and the easiest to like and like them for who they are and who they want to be.
As someone who is an ENFP and is trying to become a better person I would say that we over-rate ourselves too often and we can sometimes put up walls and be overly nice and overly sweet and we easily get carried away being overly nice.
