Aiden personality type is ESFJ, and I was raised in a family that was very discerning and judgmental. I’ve had to hide this for years, and it’s been hell.
I hate looking in the mirror, but I have to. For me, being an ISTJ means being ostracized by my family. I hate this because I want to be around my family, but I can’t be because of their negative attitudes.
I can’t go on the internet, either. It’s too much for me. I don’t think it’s right to judge someone for being different, but I can’t help it. I have to stay away from these things because of how they can harm me.
I’ve developed many coping mechanisms that are not healthy or right. A lot of them are avoidance behaviors that are not good for me. It would be nice if someone could give me some tips on how to cope with my ESFJ personality.
