PortugaPC personality type is ESTP, and they talk a lot. I can’t recall anyone who is not an ESTP telling me that he or she talks a lot, but this is true of all the other types as well. (I’ve never met an ISTP and don’t know what they talk like, but I’m sure they’re talking nonstop too.)
My theory about all this is that if you’re an ESTP, you talk a lot because you’re constantly processing information and need to express everything as quickly as possible. This is why you’re always writing. It’s also why you have a great sense of humor.
I have a friend who is a very quiet person, and I have never known him to be spontaneous about anything. He sits in a corner and writes all the time, and that’s why he writes so well, because he writes a lot.
I have another friend who talks a lot, and I have never known him to write unless he’s been drinking. So it stands to reason that he’s the same type as the other guy.
