Jocko Willink personality type is ESTJ, which means that you are practical, realistic, and decisive. You are not hot-headed like ENFPs, but you are also not as calm as ISFJs. ISFJs are great listeners and can give excellent advice, but you are much more action-oriented than they are. You don’t like to sit quiet for long periods of time, and you don’t like to listen to long-winded theories. If you want to make a decision, you will make it, and it won’t be based on your feelings.
ESTJs make a great team leader because they are decisive and can get things done quickly. You also have a very strong sense of independence and independence of thought, which is a good quality for a leader. When you go into an ESTJ leadership position, you won’t be one for telling others what to do. You will be one for getting things done.
