Marsha Linehan personality type is INFJ, but I’m not sure what you meant by “the walls come down”. I’m still a work in progress, and I think everyone is.
Chase: You know, I always thought INFJs were pretty interesting and I think they do have a lot of things that they bring to the table. One of those is how much they care about people and how much they care about their environment and how much they want that to be a good place for other people. And I think that that’s something that is very much in line with my personal values and my values as a psychologist. And I think that INFJs can find a lot of meaning and a lot of joy in doing that kind of work.
Carolyn: So how do you take your own INFJ personality type and make it work for you? What type of strengths and weaknesses do you see in your own personality?
Chase: Well, I think that’s a great question.
