Mikhail Saltykov-Shchedrin personality type is ENFP, and I can only hope to better match that and thus become more confident. If you'd like to learn more about this personality type and its strengths and weaknesses, check out the link below.
The type of personality that you are largely comes down to your natural talents. This means that if one of the gifts is lacking, the type will not be as strong as it could be. In my case, I am unathletic, which is why I'm not a natural born leader. I don't plan on trying to change that, but it's something that I need to be proactive about. If a natural talent is missing, then it needs to be developed to the point that it becomes a strength.
I mentioned before that I've never won anything, but that's not all that's been lacking in my life. I've always been shy (which I'm still trying to overcome) and I haven't had many close friends or even talked to most of the people that I've met. As a result, I've never learned how to communicate effectively with people or how to build or maintain relationships.
