Since ENFPs are often highly creative, they like to work in an environment that supports their creativity. If they cannot find an environment that fits their needs, they may take on projects that are less important to them in order to keep themselves busy. They may even go so far as to sabotage their own projects if they feel like the work is not challenging enough.
While ENFPs can be quite creative, they also like to see their creativity will be used productively.
