I'm an ENTP myself. You are right, ENTPs do tend to be more outspoken than other types. I just find that it's often used as an excuse for being rude or tactless. Very few people have the problem that they have to think "hmm, what is the best way to say that?" or "what will this sound like later?" or "maybe I should say something nicer because this sounds like I'm trying to be funny?"
