H personality type is ENFP, but ENFPs do not necessarily need to be childlike. They can be more grown up than some other types, but that is not the same thing.
ENFPs are very self-aware and they can often know how their behavior is affecting others. They are more likely to seek advice on their behavior than to just do what they want without regard for others. They are also more likely to discuss their feelings with others than to act on them. They also recognize the fact that they are not necessarily “grown up”, so they will often try to act like it.
All of this, however, does not necessarily mean that the ENFP is not acting like a child. This is an ENFP trait that many people do not recognize. They can act like a child, but they are still thinking more like an adult than like a child. The ENFP (and most other types) is able to think about their behavior in a way that allows them to see the ways in which they are not acting like an adult.
ENFPs also tend to act like children more in their romantic relationships than in other types of relationships.
