I love to eat, but I'm not a fan of the standard American diet. I'm vegetarian for ethical reasons, not because I dislike vegetables. I even make my own vegetarian products when I'm in the mood to cook.So when I heard that there was a vegan restaurant in my area, I took full advantage of the opportunity.I went with my friend, who is also vegetarian. We both ordered the same meal. They had a sushi roll for appetizers. We ordered two rolls for our entrees.The rolls were delicious! The tofu was tasty and moist. I don't normally care much for raw fish, but it was delicious in this roll.It was definitely different.I have to say that I liked it better than the cheddar cheese steak that I had at the same restaurant. The vegan tartar sauce was delicious too!We also split a side salad. It wasn't very exciting.We finished our meal with some fruit pudding or something called "mock cream." It was really good! It was made with tofu instead of cream, so it was kind of bland.
