Let’s move on to my second observation – the way he handled the situation. I see this as an example of idealism in action.
He didn’t give up when things didn’t go his way. He was not perfect at everything, but he did the best that he could and handled the situation the best way he could. He didn’t blame his situation on other people, but rather took responsibility for his own actions. He didn’t give up and he didn’t give up hope. There was a lot of courage in what he did here and I think it’s really admirable.
This is definitely something that I would learn from. I would need to learn to handle situations like this better and more effectively, in order to get my dream job.
I think it was really good that he used his time to reflect on his failure and figure out exactly what he could have done differently.
