This is a pretty famous book by Isabel Briggs Myers, which has been super influential in the Myers Briggs world. It discusses the four temperaments: dominant, auxiliary, tertiary, and inferior. The ENTP is the dominant type. Myers uses a lot of intuitive language for the type descriptions, but they’re still useful if you’re curious about your type.

I’m a big fan of the MBTI–it’s a surprisingly useful tool for understanding yourself and others, and it’s been around since the early 20th century with a lot of research backing up its usefulness. The MBTI is a bit complicated, but worth checking out if you’re interested in learning more about yourself.
