What is the personality type of Marc Lamont Hill? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Marc Lamont Hill from News & Journalists and what is the personality traits.
Marc Lamont Hill personality type is ENFP, an ENTJ would be more like Bill O'Reilly.
And I've seen people on this board call me "a complete idiot" for saying that. But I haven't seen anyone call him an INTJ. It's not a personality type, it's a way of being.
In the post you quoted from, Dr. Hill mentioned his being a "realist". He's a realist about the media as an institution, not as individuals. He's a realist about race, as an institution, not as individuals. And he's a realist about the point of view of his audience, not as individuals. He's a realist about his audience being made up of a wide variety of people, not as individuals.
When a person is a realist about facts, that's a different thing than being a realist about people. When your ENFP is a realist about facts, that doesn't mean he's a "realist" about people. It means he knows how to look at facts and how to interpret them.
A rational mind is also a realist.
