ISTJs are the most loyal of all the 16 types. They value order and structure over spontaneity and compromise, and they see themselves as guardians of the status quo.

They are the most likely to be found in the military, and they would rather stay at home and take care of their children than go out to a party or club.

They prefer to work with data and statistics to solve problems instead of relying on their imagination and intuition. They would rather get to the bottom of things than take a chance and hope for the best.

They are the type who will get into a relationship with someone who is similar to them in terms of their interests and values.

And if that fails to work, they will not give up hope and will wait for the right person to come along, no matter how long it takes.
