FideI Castro personality type is ENFP, and he’s got a great deal of ENFP in him. He’s the kind of person who, when he heard that I was a type developer, he actually got really excited about it and wanted to start right away, and that’s the kind of person he is. But again, he’s not the only one [who identifies as an ENFP]. [There are] probably more [ENFPs] than there are other types.
J: I’ve heard about third-party type developers. Is that what you do?
CT: It is. I started developing types in the mid-’90s and, since then, I’ve been developing them independently and for myself and for other people who need them. I publish the type descriptions and then I share that information with other people.
J: You’ve written a book.
CT: I’ve been writing a lot about types over the past 10 years, and I’ve been trying to get a book together for a long time.
