    Hans Fritzsche
    INFP

    INFP (9w1)

Hans Fritzsche personality type is INFP, as was Tony Blair. Furthermore, he is a textbook ENFJ, which is the rarest combination of type. His boss, Mr. Obama, is a textbook ISFJ. The first thing that would strike anyone listening to Dr. Phil would be that the two personalities are actually quite a bit different. Dr. Phil is a very confident and charismatic leader. He exudes charisma from all of his pores, and his high energy level is infectious. He gets people to talk to him, and they tell him their stories. In contrast, Mr. Obama is very reserved and doesn’t really initiate conversations with people. He is more of a listener than a giver of information. This makes them an opposites attract pair, which is what I’ve found over the years.

My thoughts: The major difference between the two men is that Dr. Phil manipulates people into talking to him. Mr. Obama does not do that. He leaves people alone to come to him on their own accord. The reason that Mr. Obama doesn’t manipulate people into talking to him is because he doesn’t feel guilty about letting people do their own thing.

August Franz Anton Hans Fritzsche (21 April 1900 in Bochum – 27 September 1953) was a senior German Nazi official who would later become Ministerialdirektor at the Propagandaministerium (Reich Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda).
