Viriathus personality type is ESTJ, which is one of the 16 personality types defined by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). ESTJ is the only personality type in which I know of that uses the word "Vir" to describe themselves. (I don't know whether ESTJs are the only type to use this word, but it is the only one I know of.)
ESTJs are best classified as the "Manager" personality type. They are described in that way in the MBTI, which says that they are interested in rules, organization, and efficiency (and that they are good at making sure things get done). It also says that ESTJs are usually "conventional, practical, and unemotional."
To me, this describes Viriathus. He was clearly a very good manager. All the evidence shows that he was the sort of person who would be good at running an army, and he was never afraid to enforce discipline when it was needed. But he was also a passionate person, who might be described as "unemotional." He never hesitated to sacrifice himself for the sake of his people.
Also, Viriathus seems to have been very practical.
