Here are my observations, based on my experiences with my own family members, work colleagues and my clients, concerning the difference between the ISTPs and ESTPs in relationships.
ESTPs are more likely to have a girlfriend or boyfriend relationship or relationship of any kind. They are more outgoing and are generally more extroverted in their approach to life. It is difficult for them to be alone for any length of time without someone to talk to. They need to be with someone else. They tend to have a higher sex drive than the ISTPs. The ESTPs have a tendency to want to have sex more often than the ISTPs. The ESTP tends to have more sex partners than the ISTP. The ESTP is often more sexual than the ISTP. The ESTP does not have a strong interest in physical intimacy, but the ISTP does have a strong interest in physical intimacy. The ESTP is frequently more interested in physical intimacy than the ISTP. The ESTP is not as flirty as the ISTP.
