Kal - El "Superman" personality type is ISFJ, and no, it is not a coincidence that it is the same type as Clark Kent. The ISFJ personality is the "people pleaser" personality type, and Clark Kent is defined as such. They are very loyal to the people they love, they want the best for them, they feel the need to protect them, and they want what is best for them.
And, yes, I am saying that this ISFJ personality type is Superman. I know it is a stretch, but it makes sense to me. I know there are many other arguments against this, but I am going to leave it at that for now.
My other argument is something I would like to call "Superman's duality". He has two sides to him. One side is Clark Kent, and the other side is Superman. Being that Superman's nature is more of a "good" side (which is his "Superman" personality), he doesn't have the same problems that Clark Kent does. Clark Kent has more problems with the people he cares about than Superman does (even though Superman's personality may be more high-functioning), because Clark Kent's nature is more of a "bad" side.
