Speed Racer personality type is ISFP, or Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving. When I look at my own personality, I see a major ISFP influence coming from my mother, who is an artist and poet. In fact, I was once asked to write a poem for my mother. I said no, but I did not explain why. I felt that it was not a good idea to write a poem for one’s mother. I felt that the poem would be written to please her and in order to get attention. That is not what poetry is supposed to be about. It is supposed to be about expressing the writer’s own personal feelings, emotions, and observations in a way that is true to the author’s own experiences and personality.
Since we are on the topic of personality types, let me take a moment to give you a little insight into my wife’s personality type. She is an INTJ or Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging. This means that she is a thinker and a dreamer. She needs quiet time alone to think her thoughts through.
