Despite being so rare, I've noticed that INTJ's are often described as overachievers. While it certainly appears as though INTJ's are overachievers, I think it's more accurate to describe them as "purposeful overachievers." The primary difference between overachiever and purposeful overachiever is that purposeful overachievers are driven to achieve their goals and don't just go through the motions.
