Crystal personality type is ENFJ, which is the idealist, or E, subtype of the 16 subtypes.
Some people think that the subtypes are based on Jung's idea of the four temperaments, which are Eriksonian functions. However, the subtypes are based on Jung's idea of functions and their corresponding cognitive functions. The Myers-Briggs test does not rest on the theory of temperaments, so it is incorrect to talk about functions as if they were temperaments. The subtypes are based on functions, not on theoretical constructs.
The four Jungian functions are:
