Windy personality type is ISFP, which is a rare type that is rarely seen in the US. I am an ISFP and I think my kind of people are pretty easy to find.
The only hard part is figuring out what kind of ISFP you are because all of them seem to have different personalities.
The other challenging part is that ISFPs are often still trying to figure out what they want in life. While that is not a bad thing, it can be frustrating for the ISFP who wants a clear path to their goals.
ISFPs are always looking for the best way to do things, even if that means taking a lot of time to figure out how to do them. They will usually always do things their way, however, which can be frustrating at times.
ISFPs are very helpful in so many ways, but they can also be very disorganized. They tend to bounce around a lot when solving problems, which can be very frustrating for other people who need to stay on track to finish tasks.
That is why I think ISFPs can be great team members, since they are so willing to help others work on their tasks.
