Tom Perez personality type is ENFJ, and I couldn't be happier.
While I struggled with ENFJ for a while, I came to understand them much better than I ever did with my first two types. I learned that ENFJs are extremely kind, determined, and intelligent. They are very caring and compassionate people who are willing to go above and beyond for the people they care about.
But they are also perfectionists who struggle with being confident in their work. They need to know that their hard work is appreciated, and that their ideas are valued. They can be extremely stubborn about things that they believe in, but that doesn't mean they're all stubborn. ENFJs are good at knowing when to change their minds, and when to stick with their original plans.
The primary function of an ENFJ is Extraverted Intuition (Ne). They are great at seeing patterns, spotting trends, and figuring things out. They are also great at getting people to see things their way. This is where their stubbornness comes from though. ENFJs are very good at following their intuition, even if it means that others might not like it.
