They enjoy being the center of attention and will do anything to be that person. As a result of all this they can become very stressed and happy when they are able to help others.
They enjoy helping others and often give little of themselves. They feel better when they can help others and feel better about themselves when they can help others. They will work hard to be of service to others. They are known for being very social and are very sympathetic to everyone’s problems.
On the other hand the ESFJ is not known for being very self-motivated or self-sufficient. They are very dependent on others for their happiness so when they are in a situation where their needs are not being met, they can become very unhappy.
