This personality type is very interesting to me because of the fact that it’s so contrary to the way I see myself. For example, I am very introverted, but I also am very intuitive. I think this is part of what makes each character so attractive to me.
I think it would be great to be able to apply the INFP personality type to not just my characters but to myself as well. It would help me understand myself better and it would help me understand others better too.
As I get older, I’m realizing it’s even more important for me to be able to understand myself better. As I mentioned in my Introduction post, I’ve spent nearly 20 years in this industry and even longer in binge drinking. This has taken a toll on me mentally and physically, but I’m trying to find ways to get better.
I know that I’m not alone in this struggle.
