Clowned personality type is ENTP, but this is a face-saving exercise, since it is more likely that a child with NP would have been ENTP.
In the case of the one-sided extraverted feeling, a child with an NP could be a child with a dominant introverted feeling type, since the two functions are only partially separated in the adult. In this case, socialization would have brought out an extraverted feeling that was already there, making the child more extraverted. This is what seems to be happening here.
The childhood situation could also have made the child more extraverted. If there were two or more other children in the family with similar NPs, this would have given the child more reason to try to compete. This might have led to a less-than-perfect adjustment to other people and their feelings.
