Erica Hartmann personality type is ISFP, which is the same as the ISFJ personality type. We both have a preference for understanding and communication, though we differ in that I am more comfortable with social situations and Erica is more comfortable with solitude.
Erica is a very introverted, sensitive, and private person. She prefers to think about things before speaking about them, especially about her feelings. This is not to say that she does not open up to friends or family as she does, but she does not like to talk about her feelings in front of others. She does not like talk about herself, except for those she knows very well.
She is very intuitive and can see things from a different point of view. In her conversations with me, she was able to identify my personality type better than I did.
Erica’s personality type is a rare one. According to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, there are only two other women in the world who are ISFPs: a friend who also has this personality type, and another woman in Sweden who is an ISFJ. We both have the same exact traits (though we are not very similar!)
