I feel like ENFPs are often portrayed as "the crazy ones" in books, movies, and TV shows (e.g. RENT, The Notebook, etc.). That stereotype can make the NFs feel like NFs are misunderstood and that they are undervalued. Keep in mind that "crazy" is not necessarily bad; it simply means that the ENFPs think in new ways (and some of their ideas may be surprising).
As an ENFP, I don't like to be stereotyped or labeled. I do get frustrated when people get so used to looking at me in one way, but I'm working on trying to get over it. It's important for me to get used to seeing myself in many different ways so that I can grow.
And let's face it, the "crazy" part of thinking out of the box is obviously part of what makes us ENFPs tick.
