After this, he tried to get back with Wes, but he did not want to be with him. However, at the end of the episode, Riley was shown to be an adult and still living with Wes, who had never told him that he was moving to Paris or that he did not want to be with Riley again.
In the episode "Relapse," it is revealed that Riley was initially HIV-positive before his relationship with Wes.
