I am also an ESFP, the Performer, who has an easier time getting my way. I am also a very high energy person. I have a tendency to be impatient. I am also a very sweet person. I think that most of my personality traits can be best explained by my Myers Briggs type. My Myers Briggs type is ESTP. I also have some traits that are ESFJ, the Provider, which I think are my main strengths. ESTP is the artist. I relate very well to this Myers Briggs type. I have trouble being assertive though. I have trouble being assertive with people, but I have no problem being assertive with myself. I have no problem being assertive with people in authority, but I have no problem being assertive with people who are not in authority over me. It is hard for me to be assertive with people who are not in authority over me. ESTP has a creative side to them that they express very well. ESTP is the artist. ESTP's are creative, quirky, spontaneous people.
