Khonshu personality type is INFJ, so I was feeling very supported by the INFJ community.
I remember visiting the INFJ subreddit and seeing the word “anxiety” used so many times to describe INFJ traits. It really made me feel like I could talk to people about this. I started to talk about it, and it felt good.
I was told that I had the same personality type as Neil deGrasse Tyson, Elon Musk, and Neil Gaiman. It made me feel like I was on the right path.
I decided to go to a counseling session with a counselor who specializes in counseling INFJs. I was very nervous because I wasn’t sure how much I would be able to say there, but I knew that I had to talk about it.
I came home and told my family about it. They were surprised, but they were also very supportive.
I started seeing a therapist who specializes in treating anxiety disorders. I was able to discuss it for a while, but it did not make a big difference in my life.
When I started going to college, I decided that I would find a way to manage this issue myself.
Khonsu (Ancient Egyptian: ḫnsw; also transliterated Chonsu, Khensu, Khons, Chons or Khonshu) is the ancient Egyptian god of the Moon. His name means "traveller", and this may relate to the perceived nightly travel of the Moon across the sky. Along with Thoth he marked the passage of time. Khonsu was instrumental in the creation of new life in all living creatures. At Thebes he formed part of a family triad (the "Theban Triad") with Mut as his mother and Amun his father.
