Lilith personality type is INTJ, but I would say that it is more of a "who" rather than a "what". It is possible for INTJs to have a Lilith personality type and for them to be very socially dynamic, or outgoing, or even somewhat arrogant, or demanding. (I can see why you might think its a kind of "who", but I've never seen anyone describe it that way.)
But the thing is, for me this blog led me to a pretty intense reading of the literature on INTJs--especially since I'd never studied the stereotype before--and as I was reading them I was thinking, "This really sounds like something an INTJ would do," and my own experience (which I have in common with other INTJs) was that the more I read, the more the stereotype seemed like me.
I find it interesting that you say you've never seen anyone describe it that way. For many INTJs, the stereotype is more of a "who". I know a lot of INTJs who prefer to be called "who" rather than "what", as they view it as less limiting and more empowering.
