A lot of people have misconceptions about the INFJ personality type, especially having to do with them being introverted. No, being introverted is not a bad thing, in fact it is one of the most positive qualities in a person. A person’s personality type is not what defines them. There are many introverted people out there who are extremely extroverted when it comes to certain things. Like when I’m in the presence of friends and family, I’m very introverted, but when it comes to work I’m very extroverted. That is because at work I have to be very direct with my communication.
The INFJ personality type is one of the most misunderstood personality types out there. People don’t understand how INFJs relate to their emotions, and they often think they are cold, unfeeling people. This is completely false.
