Greg Otto personality type is ISFJ, the Caretaker.
I’m not entirely sure why I chose ISFJ, but I do understand that I was interested in a Caretaker personality type because I want to be a caretaker and I want to be a mother. I chose ISFJ because I wanted to be both of those things.
ISFJ Caretakers are the most empathetic of the four personality types. They are usually very hard working, taking on many different roles in life. They have a responsibility for others and a desire for them to be happy and successful. Caretakers are often natural nurturers and tend to be very good listeners. They are generally very good at being able to get into the minds of others and see what they need.
For me, being an ISFJ Caretaker means that I am there for people when they need me. It means that I listen to them when they are sad, angry, or frustrated because they need someone to listen to their problems. It means that I go out of my way to make their lives easier and less stressful.
