He’s also a retired space pilot.
I have to admit, my roommate is pretty awesome. He’s got a great sense of humor, he’s extremely friendly, and he’s thoughtful. I feel lucky to have him as a roommate.
But I also have to admit that I’m sometimes frustrated by his way of being.
I’m frustrated that he’s so friendly with everyone, but doesn’t seem that interested in connecting with me.
I’m frustrated that he seems to enjoy my company, but sometimes seems like he’s not really paying attention or interested.
I’m frustrated that he has so much fun when we go out with friends, but doesn’t seem like he’s enjoying himself when we’re hanging out on our own.
