Lauren Mallard personality type is ESFJ, although this is a bit of a “work in progress” since I’ve never been able to get into the Myers-Briggs testing. I’ve known that I had the East-South-West personality type, but it’s taken me all these years to figure out how to express that. I’ve been told that I have a “warm” personality, which I suppose is a way of expressing my ESFJ preference. But I’m not sure about that.
While my Myers-Briggs type is ESFJ, I like to think of myself as more of an INFJ. And INFJs have a lot of the same characteristics as ESFJs. We are people-pleasers (as are some ESFJs), we can be too shy and unconfident to stand up and speak in public, and we love creating structures so that everyone has their place and role.
I relate to the INFJ personality type because I’m an introvert and very quiet in public.
