Ruby personality type is ESFP, which is the one that seems to fit the most. I don't know if it's because I'm a girl or what, but I get this feeling that I'm the only one who gets the voice.
The stereotype of the zany, hyperactive girl is frustratingly apt when applied to me. I am very prone to jumping headfirst into things, and my mind is always racing with ideas, thoughts, and emotions. I tend to talk very fast and in a very loud voice. I know that the voices I hear when I'm overstimulated are likely real voices and not just in my head, but when I'm in a good mood and happy, they sound very much like the voices in my head. When I'm feeling really down and depressed, I can hear the negative voices in my head and they sound VERY different than the positive ones. It's like the same words, but with a different tone - like strained and forced.
I'm sure most people can relate to this. It's frustrating when you're trying to socialize with people and you keep hearing your own voice in your head like it's a third person. It's like you're not really there.
