Kajika personality type is ESFJ, the 'supporter'. ESFJs are the most people-oriented of all the Jungian types. They are the most helpful and the most caring. They often take on the role of peacemaker and mediator in any conflict that may arise in a work environment. They are the ones who will always defend and support their co-workers and colleagues, and they will often feel personally offended if they feel that others aren't treating them with respect or consideration. ESFJs are responsible, responsible, responsible. They make sure that everything is done in a timely manner, and that deadlines are met and kept (even if they must sacrifice their own personal lives in the process). ESFJs make great parents and teachers because they are the most patient and understanding. They can be extremely patient with children and small animals, and they will always put the needs of others ahead of their own personal desires, even when they want to do something (and they often want to do something). ESFJs make great nurses and caretakers because they are the most sympathetic and compassionate. They will take care of strangers who have been injured or sick, and they will always go out of their way to help others even when it is inconvenient for them.
