The first trait relates to how they interact with people. They do not like to talk to people and they don't like to socialize or talk about their opinions. This is not because they are shy or afraid of people, but because they spend more time thinking about their actions than they do thinking about their feelings.
The second trait relates to how they spend their time. ISFJ's spend more time alone than any other personality type. They need to be alone to think more than they need to be around other people thinking.
The third trait is the most important of all three and is the most overlooked of all traits. The Quiet, Secluded, and Timid trait relates to their emotions and how they express them.
