Uriah personality type is ESFP, but the ESFP is something of a rare beast, and most people tend to be more Ni/Se or Ni/Te, so you should be a bit careful to check that.
A lot of the personality type descriptions in the books are vague and not always entirely accurate. If you have any doubts, try doing a test on yourself (on the MBTI site) to figure out your “main” or “best” type.
As I said above, if you find that you don't quite fit any of these types, you may want to just stick with the general Johnlock fanon for now, and see if you can get that feeling for the character.
On the other hand, if you’re totally sure about your type, go ahead and read the personality type descriptions for the various types that might be most like your character, or at least identify with them. That will help you decide which types would be most suitable for your character.
