Lady 3 personality type is ISFJ, the 'Caregiver' or the 'Nurturer'. I was the type to give my friends home made meals when they were sick and take them shopping for clothes when they wanted to look nice. I was the type to take time out of my day to help a friend with something they needed help with. I was the type to try to make everybody else happy.
I also did not realize that I was being taken advantage of by people. I would let people talk to me as if they knew me and would act as if they were my friends. Then one day I realized that everything I was doing was for other people's approval. I had befriended others with the goal of being liked by them in turn. I knew it was wrong, but I did not recognize it at first.
When I finally recognized it and stopped, everything changed. I stopped giving away my time to people that did not need it and cut out the people that did not have my best interests at heart. I started making decisions for myself and made sure that I was the one that made the decisions and that it was not because I was trying to please someone else.
