Rufus personality type is INFP, and he's just let his inner child shine through.
It's not so much that he's being childlike, but that he's having fun with it. He's not trying to be cute or funny. He's just being himself.
He's having fun playing with his toys, and it's just as much fun to watch him as it is to play with him.
But Rufus' personality isn't all sweetness and light. He's still a kid at heart, and that kid can be a little mischievous and a little insensitive.
He's not the type of kid to yell or scream, but he can be a little naughty. He loves to play and be silly and enjoy the attention, but sometimes he'll be a little more difficult than he needs to be.
