Starfruit personality type is ENFP, so I’m sure I’ll feel a little different. I’m also an intuitiive (INTP, probably), so my personality is like his, but on the negative side.
I’ve already done some things to help my son grow up feeling confident; I’ve taken him to therapy, helped him find a hobby (he loves playing guitar), and now I’m trying to help him with his social skills. He’s now in 5th grade, and he often does very well socially. He’s become very self-assured; however, I’m not sure if it’s because of the things I’ve done with him or because he has a type with a high self-confidence.
I do know this: if he’s not confident, he won’t be very successful in life. I’m not sure how to encourage him to feel more confident without making him think that he is lesser than others.
I understand that there are many different types of confidence, and that many people don’t necessarily relate to this.
