Bert personality type is ENFP, and I feel like I'm living my life on autopilot. It's so easy, and so much fun. But it's also really easy to get stuck in the "me me me" zone. And I think that's so important to recognize, because I think there's a whole lot of people who recognize the struggle, and the struggle is real for a lot of people. And I think that's one of the reasons why there's all this "me me me" going on.
But if you really want to get out of the "me me me" zone, and not feel like you're doing a performance all day long, and you really want to find a way to enjoy yourself, and to appreciate what's going on around you, I think all of this stuff is really important.
So, my mom was a very successful attorney—she had her own firm. And there was a point when things got very stressful for her. But rather than just going into a little bit of a funk, she realized, "Oh, this is my opportunity to go into coaching," and she started going to a coach. And she found a wonderful coach, and things got a lot better.
