Henry personality type is ENFJ, since I am an INFP.
I am a redhead and have really bad anxiety. I get stressed out for no apparent reason, especially if I am in public, but I do have friends who know this and never make fun of me. I am also very sensitive, and tend to cry when most people are laughing. This is very embarrassing for me, but I think I have more control over it now.
In my extroverted moods, I am very talkative and energetic, but also very social. I love meeting new people, and find it very easy to make friends. I have always been very energetic and have a good sense of humour.
In my introverted moods, I like to sit alone and read or write. I am very creative, and I enjoy doing things on my own. I don't like being the centre of attention, and do not like loud or crowded places.
I am very comfortable with myself and my feelings, but I am not always aware of this. I can be very blunt, and sometimes say things that are not exactly true. This can be embarrassing but can be very honest as well.
