KC personality type is ENTP, which means they’re one of the most creative, highly individualistic and inventive types out there. They love to explore new ideas and they often have an eye for the potential in everything they do.
While EKs tend to take on a leadership role in projects and organizations, they tend to be less directive than INJs. They don’t want to impose their vision on others. They want the people around them to be the ones coming up with new ideas. Sometimes this can lead to some conflict with other types who want to put their ideas into action.
