How did you develop your personality?
I would say that I developed my personality through a lot of trial and error. When I was a child, I would often get in trouble or get upset from being bullied, so I would always try to help people. I suppose that is the reason why I am so helpful to others. However, I also developed my personality through a lot of researching. As a teenager, I read a lot of books about different careers and my personality type. I learned about how my personality type can make me a good doctor, politician, CEO, etc. After doing research, I realized that my personality type is also great in art and music because it makes me enjoy helping others.
What are your strengths in using the MBTI?
My strengths in using MBTI are when I am in a group setting. For example, if I am talking to ten people at once about something, I know exactly what to say or do to make sure that everyone is okay. My strengths in using MBTI are helpful in the workforce when I am in a group setting.
